Reeg MX CRF/XR70 PERFORMANCE PARTS
EXCEL RIMS & HEAVY DUTY SPOKES for STOCK HUBS
An essential first upgrade for your 70. Heavy duty spokes made in
the USA and premium Japanese aluminum rims will increase your wheels'
life span. Unlike 50 OEM wheels, you will not need to drill out
the holes in the hub to fit the larger diameter spokes. If you intend
to use heavy duty spokes with stock rims, you may need to drill
out the OEM rim to allow for the larger stainless steel nipples.
Applications: Honda CRF/XR70 with Stock Hubs.

INNER
ROTOR WEIGHT (For Kitaco Inner Rotors)
The Kitaco Inner Rotor replaces the mass of the stock flywheel to
almost nothing. Although this allows for a quicker reving motor
that can reach the engine's powerband sooner, it also means that
the lack of inertia can easily stall the motor. The Reeg MX Inner
Rotor weight adds the perfect amount of weight back to the flywheel
for a perfect balance between a quick reving motor and a heavy stock
flywheel.
Features: Machined from brass
to prevent magnetic interference. Easy installation. Bolts right
on to Kitaco Inner Rotor. All necessary hardware included.
Applications:
Kitaco Inner Rotor for Honda CRF/XR50 or CRF/XR70.

HYDRAULIC
DISC BRAKE KIT
A premium rear braking system that combines an extremely light hub
with a powerful hydraulic brake. While the billet hub decreases
rotating mass, and allows for more power to transfer where you want
it, the Italian made brake system is more than a mountain bike brake.
It's specifically designed for pitbikes, so it provides all of the
stopping power needed while not being bulky.
The hub includes a unique sprocket adapter that utilizes torque
lug technology. The sprocket adapter "locks" onto the
hub to help ensure that energy is transferred through the adapter
instead of the adapter bolts. The hub comes anodized in black, polished
or crimson red.
Kit Includes: Billet Aluminum
Hub, Sprocket Adapter, Caliper Mount, Master Cylinder Mount, and
Pedal Assembly. Also includes hydraulic brake system with 160mm
rotor, kick starter and axle spacers.
Applications:
Direct bolt-on kits currently only available for CRF/XR70's equipped
with Reeg MX Swingarms. CRF/XR70's
with stock or other brand swingarms will require relocating the
post on the swingarm that prevents the brake from spinning.
Requirements:
Reeg Spec Spokes
(included) - Does not work with spokes for a stock hub.
Rim (not included) - You can use any aftermarket
heavy duty 28 hole 12" rim (Front CRF/XR50 rim. Stock CRF/XR70
rims are 36 hole.), but we recommend top quality, Japanese made,
Excel rims. Aftermarket kickstarter (included)
- Heavy duty Takegawa or Kitaco kickstarters will also work with
this kit. CRF/XR50 Sprocket (not included) - Will
work with most aftermarket 50 sprockets. Will not work with KLX110
or CRF70 sprockets.

FRONT
SUSPENSION KIT WITH MARZOCCHI FORKS
The perfect front end to compliment the Reeg MX rear suspension.
The kit utilizes Marzocchi KLX110 forks along with Reeg MX triple
clamps designed specifically for the CRF70. The 14" complete
wheel is assembled using pro class components - our lightweight
billet hub, U.S. made heavy duty spokes, an Excel rim, and a Michilin
Starcross tire.
Features: 35mm Upside Down design, 8 inches
of travel, Independent compression & rebound (10 clicks),
Nitrite coated lower tubes with guards, Adjustable spring preload,
CNC clamps and steering tube, and Replaceable Steering Stops.
Kit Includes: Marzocchi 35mm Shiver Forks, Marzocchi
Fork Guards, Reeg MX Triple Clamps, Tall Handlebar Risers, Reeg
MX Numberplate Bracket, Fromula Front 200 mm Brake w/Disc, and
a Complete 14" Wheel w/Billet Front Hub and Silver or Black
Excel Rim.
