Do you have a swingarm only kit that I can bolt onto my CRF50 frame? No. We sell the swingarm with a chromoly frame that has a custom upper shock mount. This shock mount is located much lower than the stock position and is required for our suspension system. The chromoly frame is also needed to balance out the new strength that the swingarm provides. I have a chromoly frame, if you sent me the pieces, could I weld your shock mount onto my frame? In addition to welding the shock mount on, you would need to ream your swingarm's pivot hole. You would need a special bit, and more importantly, some experience reaming pivot holes. Doing it wrong could ruin your frame. As such, we try and keep this procedure in house. What's the difference between your Standard and GP swingarm kits? The Standard kit offers a +3" swingarm and 1,000 lb. spring. The GP kit includes our +5" swingarm and 1,200 lb. spring. Besides these two major differences, they're identical. Are your parts compatible with the BBR Super Pro or Perimeter frames? For the immediate future, no. We primarily design parts that we race. As we race our frames, our main focus is on components for these chassis. Our second focus is on making our parts fit what most everybody starts out with - a stock frame. Do you have a sponsorship program? We do. The Sponsored Riders section of our Race Team page lists who we proudly sponsor. Unfortunately, additional Reeg MX sponsorships are currently unfeasible. Although we would like to be able to sponsor dozens of riders, doing so would adversely affect resources needed to keep Reeg MX producing new and innovative minicross parts. What's your return policy? Although this isn't actually a frequently asked question, our return policy is that items can be returned within 30 days of the ship date as long as they were purchased directly from Reeg MX and the item had not been used. All returns must receive a return authorization (RA) number prior to shipping the item back. To receive a RA please call or email Reeg MX at (530) 295-4972 or info@reegmx.com. Once the return item is received, you will be reimbursed for the item itself, but not for shipping charges (Unless the item is being returned due to a packaging error - example: the wrong part was shipped.). What about a warranty and liability? Again, not actually a question that we're often asked, but Reeg MX makes no warranties with respect to its products. In no case shall Reeg MX be liable for incidental or consequential damages. By using Reeg MX products, the customer releases Reeg MX from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such products. |
